Employment search firms and agencies - talent scouts - should be part of any job campaign.  However, it is wise to exercise caution when choosing the organizations with which to work.

How do you present your background to pique a recruiter's interest?  Hint:  Abandon the fluff; Give them substance.  Forget what you were supposed to do... Tell them what you did!  But tell them in a way that strengthens the perception of yourself!
